Liked: Staff was extremely friendly and nice our shower didn't work and the switched is to another room with no issues and compensated is for the inconvenience the bar/restaurant in the hotel was amazing.
Disliked: That the jacuzzi tub was an after thought to the bathroom. You could lay in bed and see yourself in the mirror in the bathroom

Liked: We like the friendly staff at the front desk , thanks for that ,the pool was ok except for the hot tub out of order , breakfast was better last year , & dryer machine broken was a bit uncomfortable. Beside that we still love this place .See you next time

Great for families

Liked: It was very family friendly and the staff was delightful. Great spread for breakfast as well. Very accommodating with connecting rooms.

No hot water & so...

Disliked: Paid for the whirlpool king room… water for the tub took 30 mins for about 3 inches of water and then we gave up. My morning shower had NO hot water no matter what I did. We requested a quiet room and we were given one in the middle of the 2nd floor. We got no sleep due to the people around us. You can hear every single noise and hotel staff does not enforce any quiet hours….1:00-4:00am people running and laughing down the hallways, people slamming doors and talking in the hallway, someone had a movie playing at the highest possible volume level at 2am. The was Christmas night and families were there. I brought a sound machine to help block out noise…had I not brought it, we would have had to check out and go someplace else to get any sleep.
