Disliked: booking.com forgot to mention their 2 AM policy for checking in, and I almost lost my room. BUT the staff was so helpful, and helped me fix the situation with no issue. he was so kind!

Liked: It was close to the location I was visiting.
Disliked: I prepaid for my rooms and when I arrived to check in I expected to pay a deposit for each room which would be refunded. I paid $50 for one room and then the clerk said that my payment didn't go through for my second room so I would have to pay an additional $200. I showed him that I already paid and he went to chip my card for the second $50 deposit and charged me $147. I talked to the manager in the morning and they said I would get about $97 back for that room and the other $50. I still haven't gotten my deposits back and it's been a week.
