I had everything I needed...

Liked: Breakfast had MANY options. Beds were VERY comfortable. Staff was very helpful and pleasant. An hour after I had checked out, I received a call telling me they had found my glasses (which I hadn’t missed YET!!) when they were cleaning the room. I was SO IMPRESSED that they called me.
Disliked: Can’t think of anything. Everything met or exceeded my needs.

GREAT, will defiantly stay again...

Liked: breakfast was great, Great location to go to the Biltmore,. Pool was warm and clean as well as the hot tub.It
Disliked: Only my preference, the comforter on the bed was very chunky and stiff. Then again personal preference. Otherwise all was great.
