Liked: my teenaged sons and I were volunteering with Samaritans Purse to do disaster clean up in Asheville after Hurricane Helene came through. It was so nice to have a hot shower and a comfy bed to rest our weary muscles after a hard days work! Thank you so much for running a quality business even in your own hour of need!

Liked: The bed was comfy
Disliked: The carpet in our room smells like piss, and the room is really small. The front desk guy was on his phone texting the whole time when we checked in and there’s no one at the desk when we checked out around 10am in the morning. The hotel itself is next to a gas station so when we parked, there was strong gas smell in the parking lot. The room is next to the main road so we were sort of bothered by loud noises during the night. The hotel says the breakfast is served between 7am to 10am but we got down at around 8 they told us the breakfast was over… not even coffee. Overall, it was a total disappointment.

Liked: Wonderful stay! I hope the staff are safe following the recent destruction of Asheville. We are so sad to see what has happened to the area as the result of the flooding. Happier times a month ago, during our visit of Biltmore. They will return! Be well.
