Liked: The location was ideal
Disliked: It was under construction. Very outdated. We were not informed prior to our stay that it was under construction. We were going to a concert, so too late to change hotels. The breakfast was also not as advertised. The website said hot breakfast, it was a take and go due to the construction.

Disliked: It’s under renovation which was not mentioned and they didn’t have breakfast that they said they have!

Liked: I needed a basic hotel at a good rate. Since it's the off-season, the hotels in the area are doing building maintenence. Despite that the room was quiet, the water was hot, and the breakfast downstairs was waffles, muffins, boiled eggs and juice.
Disliked: The mattress was soft and I needed a mattress topper to save my back.
