Disliked: The smell when I first walked in was not a fresh clean smell. After paying more than the price I was quoted through Booking.com walked into the room and it did not smell good at all. It smelt like urine. Walked in the bathroom and it had hair and urine all over the toilet. Went to pick up the phone to call the front desk and the phone was nasty sticky! The lady over maid service came and cleaned the toilet but nothing else. Used she was training a new person as the excuse! If you are training you should check their work! The bed was hard and the four hours I was there I felt dirty. Wore socks the whole time because the carpet was dirty. Walls had stains all over them. Ironing board was broken and the iron was worn out and black .

Disliked: I booked online and checked the box to pay on arrival. When I arrived the hotel was dark and dingy and an unpleasant smell in the lobby. I figured since I had reserved a room, I would stay anyway. And then they told me the pet fee was $20 instead of the $10 shown on the website. I showed this to the desk clerk who said that didn't matter. I finally gave up and said I was going to stay elsewhere. She then told me, they ran my card when I made the reservation and would not give me a refund Even though I checked the box to pay on arrival! I have presently started a charge dispute with my credit card company to get a refund for the charges that should have never been made in the first place.
