The stay was Ok

Liked: The lady on duty was very pleasant and nice
Disliked: The bathroom toilet needs to be higher. Older folks go to sit down and feel like there sitting on the floor. The room was ok but some one in the passed smoked in this room.

Liked: The location was great, we were there for a funeral and it was close to this area.
Disliked: Rooms were not acceptable but were told no refund, first room strong odor, they moved us to another room, air conditioner didn't work, gave us a space heater, water in sink was cold and barely a dribble, shower was either exceptionally hot or cold we could not adjust it, hair dryer was broken, no iron in the room, we asked for a refund and were told no refund could be given. Will not be staying there again.

Liked: Room wasn't completely clean, breakfast was very little options, inconvenience with way bathroom door opens
