Liked: The new rooms were lovely, the beds were a bit stiff but I'm assuming pretty new and just needing to be used a bit. The pool area, staff, lobby, and rooms were great. The staff was friendly, the pool and spa are both indoors and had plenty of space for guests to enjoy them both.
Disliked: There was a lot of families there and you could hear quite a bit of noise as people walked (some Littles running) in the rooms near by and the hall way. There are no elevators which isn't a huge problem but both of us have back injuries. The facility is nice lots of areas to hang out and relax outside the rooms. Lastly (not the hotels fault by any means) the gas station in the next lot had an alarm going off for almost 30 minutes pretty late at night. Again nothing the hotel can control all in all it's a decent hotel especially for families with a nice indoor pool and spa and places to gather outside the rooms but if you are looking for peace and quite or are a light sleeper maybe not the hotel for you.

Disliked: There was no elevator and I’m a senior! And the shower, sprayed all over the floor and didn’t come out strong enough to wet my hair. It was coming off the wall, no coffee in the room.
