Liked: Location
Disliked: The room was dirty and did not smell good. It was supposed to be a nonsmoking room, but upon opening the door the smell of cigarettes was overwhelming.

Overall good place to stay...

Liked: Clean room, quiet place.
Disliked: The breakfast was lacking. It was pretty poor. But there are several options just off property for breakfast

Few reasons to recommend

Liked: Horrible check in. Slow and difficult as we had to try and talk to the clerk trough the "night" window. Took 20 minutes to check in and he did not give us rooms together as requested and we have no idea if he correctly charged us. Also did not give wake up call as requested
Disliked: Could have let us in the hotel to check Inas we were having a hard time hearing him and he was dreadfully slow and incommunicative

Awful conditions do have pictures...

Liked: Only served waffles and dry cereal. Saw no OJ . Noone around to ask questions. Coffee tasted watered down
Disliked: Condition of rooms. Ice machine hidden in area where walls were rotting. Breakfast offered was not as advertisrd

Was very disappointed in condition...

Liked: Location was good for our trip. Outside looked nice
Disliked: Rooms need to be updated with new carpet. Bathtub had cigarette burns on sides. No spreads on beds, just sheets. The room I rented for our son had vomit on floor next to one bed and other beds beds Kirtland looked as if someone had used it for toilet paper

It was okay we still...

Liked: I liked the convenient location and the staff was cool. No one bothered us and we chilled peacefully in our room. I had to get to toilet unclogged twice, the wifi goes in and out for a few seconds at a time, the beds are hard and the breakfast is horrible but there's a cracker barrel and waffle house next door and a IHOP down the street so I was okay with that. They should fix the breakfast situation especially the orange and apple juice, they come out like syrup when it supposed to be mixed with water but someone doesn't know how to fill the machine.
