Disliked: The staff should really consider taking a few courses in Hospitality since that is the business they are in. All but one of the staff members are beyond rude and they threaten guests and their company, giving time limits of how long someone else can be in their room and telling them they will call the police on them.There is barely any housekeeping services so you must the front desk staff and get yelled at at for asking for trash bags. They also yell at you for spraying Febreze air freshener and tell you they call the police.They need to learn to smile and greet a guest when they walk into the lobby but all you get is “If looks could kill” stare and extremely uncomfortable.
