We enjoyed our stay. The staff was nice and helpful, beds were comfortable, room was clean. Only downsides were that the pool wasn't open, which really disappointed my 10 year-old son (I have read many reviews where this has been a problem) and I couldn't really get very hot water out of the shower. Place was just a short Uber ride from the bus station and to Isleta Amphitheater. Overall, a great stay.

Disliked: Pool was closed, which was really disappointing to my son. I read a lot of reviews saying that this happens a lot. Also couldn't get very hot water out of the shower.

Liked: The hotel staff was very friendly. The room was very clean. The breakfast was fresh and good. I really enjoyed my stay.

Dead animal smell by pool; non functioning Wi-Fi; tattooed, scary, blonde desk clerk; no ice at machines; vending machine out of order on 3rd floor.
