It was nice. I have no complaints about it. This place is really good, I enjoyed it.

Liked: Easy reservation.
Disliked: A.C. was noisy.

Dirty room; old; beds old and dirty; air conditioner was leaking on to the carpet - when I woke up in the morning to go to the window I stepped in a puddle of water. Breakfast was nasty and in general the entire building smells horrible!

Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: Dirty.

Disliked: The receipt.. it should always state the time you check in and check out for security reasons. It only show time I checked in and I wasn’t comfortable with it. I wanted the time I checked out to appear on the receipt so I case of anything, my receipt will be used as evidence.

Disliked: There was still garbage behind the side table from a prior stay, there was no remote for the tv and was told he would bring it up, hours later still no remote. They over charged us. One room had a fridge but it didn’t work, the other didn’t even have one, didn’t have cups and the ice container was dirty. There were brown steaks down the wall from what looked like an old leak, the mirror still had little kid hand prints all over it. The person working the desk said he tried multiple times to reach the manager on call but he never responded nor called me…even still no reply.

TERRIBLE HOTEL WITH TERRIBLE SERVICE

Liked: After getting our room the Front Desk person didn't explain that the elevator was so far away and that the stairs were closer to get to the 2nd floor.. The room had no heat and was freezing. Requested a room change and she put us on the 3rd floor on the otherside of the hotel. The room once again had no heat! We had to stay under the covers all night!
