I would highly recommend this...

Liked: We were having difficulty using the heat in the room. The manager came promptly to our room and showed us how to use it.

Great hotel. Would definitely stay...

Liked: Location was great! 2 blocks to Main Street and 2 blocks from Embarcadero. Lots of shops and restaurants near by.
Disliked: Parking was a bit tight.
