Superb, love it, best B&B...

Great experience will be returning.

Liked: Gary the owner cannot do enough for you. I'm a repeat visitor as many are it seems and will be booking again. Literally I cannot fault Bay Tree House form the room right down to the poached eggs.

Ideal for a last minute...

Liked: Great location and great host. Full English breakfast freshly cooked was very welcome!
Disliked: Minor point, a few items in the room could have done with repair/replacement.
