flattered to deceive

Liked: staff were excellent
Disliked: 7th Floor, old windows that had wind coming through, really needs a upgrade, pictures are not a reflection of the current state of hotel. Bed was old and extremely dated, rooms need a serious cleaning. really disappointing

Perfect and comfortable

Liked: Was perfect for our stay. We needed parking with our room. Easy access for Weta workshop and walking into downtown shops for food and a mooch. The beds were comfortable and the room clean.
Disliked: Nothing

Liked: Great location near Oriental Bay and Courtenay Place.Friendly hotel receptionist, no hassles checking in.Convenient parking at rear of hotel.Good value for money.

Excellent stay, great location, nice...

Liked: Location was superb and the room was a great size, with a sea view, also brilliant shower.
Disliked: Some items of furniture and fixtures & fittings were tired and needed replacing.

On the whole, it was...

Liked: Loved the location and view. Bed was comfortable and was all we needed for 1 night at a reasonable price.
Disliked: The bar and restaurant was old and smelt mouldy.
