Liked: On arrival the lady at the deck was great lovely and friendly, bar staff were in experienced , or need to trained to work as a team ,

Liked: Staff were reasonably friendly.
Disliked: Shower over the bath. Facilities very dated. There was no shower gel or hair conditioner. There was so much noise from the aircon motors (maybe the premises next door) as well as people partying we found it difficult to fall asleep.

Liked: Friendly staff, good location. Rooms were clean and comfortable but dated. No air-conditioning, but the windows did open, so It made it a little noisier. I didn't use restaurant or have breakfast, so can't comment on that

Liked: Switched on staff. Upgraded our rooms on request as it was our last day in New Zealand. Nothing was too difficult. Older style boutique hotel. Great views of the harbour or city. Breakfast was great with everything you would expect.

Disliked: The only thing I could fault is the bathroom which seemed a little old and tired and could do with a revamp.
