All great, except for pillows...

Liked: Hotel shuttle was easy; staff was nice, room was clean and breakfast was good.
Disliked: Everything was great except for the pillows on the bed. They were super uncomfortable, which means I won't stay there again! Getting a good night sleep is what it is all about!

Very convenient hotel near SFO....

Liked: Very convenient location near the airport and with a view of the bay. Large rooms, clean, helpful staff. Parking included. Very good place to stop over on the way to our from SFO.
Disliked: Breakfast is rather minimal. The furnishings are okay but beginning to look a bit worn.

Liked: very comfortable and great location. decor is not modern but who cares? it's clean and well taken care of and the staff is always very helpful. I've stayed multiple times over the past year and it is always fantastic
