Liked: Staff is always very friendly. Rooms are clean. Location is great.
Disliked: If I had to pick something, it would have to be that I can't get extra towels.

Overpriced
Liked: They kept my $150 deposit and there was no damage, with minimal cleaning, one towel used and one bed not even used. Not to mention the drug addicts walking along the halls all night

Comfortable enough. Not too safe...
Liked: Bedroom was comfortable. Location was nice, close to public transport and stores. Excellent staff.
Disliked: I did not feel safe as the ground floor bedroom was too exposed to an open street that passes inside the space of the hotel. So many random people were walking over there making loud noises, even at late night.
