Liked: Great customer service@check in, Pay at property accommodations and service dog acceptance

Paid and no refund due...

Disliked: Didn’t stay there due to check in time. Requested a refund and the hotel didn’t even respond. So they got $100 from me and didn’t even let me check in. Arrived at midnight and they said I couldn’t check in till the morning. This is stealing from people. If I paid you and it’s a room available I should be able to check in at that moment.

Liked: Close to the airport
Disliked: We ended up not even staying there. We walked into the room and it smelled like cigar and urine. There was no way we could stay there with our kids. The guy at the front desk did offer to move us to a different room, but just the area itself looked sketchy and the beds were uncomfortable. Changing rooms would not have made much of a difference. Do not recommend for families. It’s the equivalent of your local motel 6.

Disliked: Our visit was a mess from the time we checked in .. I was told once the phone the deposit was 50$ only to get there and be charged 100 $ , then the room they gave us the tv didn’t work , had to as for a maintenance man more than once .. the maintenance was was AMAZING, he couldn’t get y to he tv work so I asked for a different room and was REFUSED NOT ONCE BUT TWICE , and we were there for r the whole weekend . I HAD TO RAISE MY VOICE AT THE FROMT DESK GUY THE NIGHT BEFORE WE CHECKED OUT just to get a new room… NEEDLESS TO SAY I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK
