Great facility with great dining

Liked: The hotel is a masterpiece of architecture that caters for both family and young alike. We were impressed by the dining experience and the various spaces to park oneself.The Motel side is away from the noise and provided a comfortable night sleep
Disliked: A leaking shower that allows bathroom floor to get very wet

Liked: Had private court yard.Could Dine and Drink on site and then walk to bed.

Disappointing stay 😕

Liked: Fluffy towels, quiet, comfy bed. Hotel had good food.
Disliked: The shower recess contained toilet paper. There were cockroaches in the room.

Liked: Reception staff were amazing. The hotel itself is very nice and attended by families. The food in the hotel was great. For a small room at thia price I would come back again.
Disliked: Cobwebs in the corner of the rooms. At the time we stayed there was builders working there early outside the room.

Liked: The refurbished bistro was very good. The food was very reasonably priced and well presented. The staff were very helpful and friendly.
Disliked: The rooms were clean and tidy but are in a need of repairs. There were parts that were broken including the bathroom window which didn't work. It appeared that due to this there was mould appearing on the ceiling in the bathroom. We feel that more than one glass, two small cups and saucers, two teaspoons and some tea and coffee are inadequate. For travellers this is not sufficient and perhaps could be improved. Overall the room was tidy but needs refurbishing.
