Beautiful historic home with lovely...

Liked: Staggeringly beautiful property, exquisitely restored with delightful staff who really want you to have a lovely time. Fantastic location, an easy walk through the very safe park to the high street, or walk along the main road if you prefer. There is everything you need to hand.
Disliked: If you’ve an over active imagination and you like large, bustling chain hotels, the. This quiet, sedate and historic home won’t be for you. It has sweeping mahogany staircases and its right out of central casting. Halloween was a great season to be there. We loved it!

Liked: Wonderful breakfast made in house. A fine old mansion with a lot of 1930s romance. The host was lovely and helpful with all of our questions. Very close to downtown restaurants and businesses and seemed quite nice walking the two blocks to get there.

Nice Inn -Would Stay Again

Liked: Hot breakfast. we were able to preorder our meal and it was ready for us the next day. The Kate room was very large and very tasteful. there was a bear claw cast iron tub. The inn is located close to the downtown and the park.
Disliked: The placement of the TV was off to the side. Wasn’t a big deal.
