Ok hotel for one night...

Liked: Location, room was comfortable and clean
Disliked: No warm water in the morning

Superb

Liked: Great Location wise very close to tram station. It was comfortable to leave the car in parking and use public transportation to the city center. Within a couple of minutes. Great friendly personnel. If the price could be slightly less that will be 10/10... But overall great experience.
Disliked: A bit of the price is high.

Want come back

Disliked: The corridors, carpets were filthy. The room was a non smoking room but had clearly been used for smoking. The floor wasn't clean. Breakfast was ok but expensive for what it was. Won't come back.
