Be careful, they charged you...

Disliked: Upon arrival, I found that the room I had reserved was not available. It had been given to the guests ahead of me due to an error in their room allocation. As a result, I was upgraded to another room, and the person who checked us out assured me that I would not be charged any additional fees. However, upon returning from my trip and reviewing my accounts, I noticed that I was charged an extra 43 euros by your hotel on December 8th, the day of check-out.I write to the hotel when i notice on my bank account that extra bill. Two weeks after, still not answer.So be careful here
