Disappointing service

Disliked: The staff is very rude. Hear this fun story, you’ll realize what kind of hotel is this: at my last day I asked the receptionist about the cost of the travel from the Tilburg Bastion Hotel till Eindhoven Station in taxi. She told me it was around 30€, but I was charged about 130€. Then she told me, at the phone, that it was her fault, she was sorry and the only thing that I could do was to send them an email with the receipt and ask for a refund. I did so but then, a day later, the “””manager””” told me it was my fault.Could you define this a 4stars hotel service? I don’t think so, be careful by choosing an accommodation with such a sh*t service like that.Really bad experience.0 star!

Great hotel, 20 minute walk...

Liked: Clean and tidy
Disliked: Only one pillow per bed, would be nice to have 2 normal pillows
