Liked: The hotel itself was nice & in a perfect location for sightseeing in the city. The bar & restaurant staff were very efficient and pleasant
Disliked: The housekeeping staff at the hotel were extremely rude and abrupt. Very heavy handed with their cleaning trolleys when entering & exiting the lifts when guests were about

We were pleased.

Liked: The room was good and the staff were helpful and professional.
Disliked: There was a long wait for check-in and checkout as there was only one receptionist. One of the coffee cups in the room was still dirty.

Liked: Helpful and nice staff.
Disliked: The temperature in the rooms were very cold. Not enough water in to take shower in the morning. One costumer was given a key to my elderly mothers room by accident. But that was very upsetting for her. He went in to her room and was very rude to her.
