Disliked: It was far from the centre of town and the busses were rerouted due to road works

Disliked: My reservastion was booked two weeks before, however it was cancelled by Bastion Hotels themselves (!) 30 minutes before arrival (19h45!!!). When I arrived at 20h15 I had to book a new room for 50% more money...... off course I paid it with the same credit card (that worked).... The only reaction the staff had: Here is the phone number of the head office.... a joke

Disliked: Room was fairly warm during the night

Liked: Room was a great size, windows opened allowing fresh air and the bathroom/shower was great.
Disliked: Bed sheet far too small for the bed, no sides could be tucked, it was basically just resting on the mattress topper resulting in a disturbed nights sleep as it moved throughout the night.On a more subjective nature I found the bed and pillows far too soft.
