Unsafe, fire alarm went off...

Disliked: Fire alarm went off at 5.00 AM. With all other guests exited through emergency doors, standing more than 45 min in negative temperatures outside in the middle of the night without any staff to inform or help. No information was provided as to where to go, or what to do. After standing 45 min outside, decided to go inside and ask. Had to insist with reception to understand what had caused the fire alarm and if it was safe to go back inside. Absolutely unacceptable!

Disliked: * Personnel was very Dutch: rather loud, direct, intrusive, inattentive, little refined... Not at all impolite, I must stress* Strange restaurant organisation, where I could just walk in. Normally that's a plus, but combined with the inattentive personnel, I had to wait 20 minutes before they even realised I was there to order dinner.* Poor public transport connection to anywhere except the city centre
