Overall the stay was OK.

Liked: Clean and simplistic, we were told we were upgraded from a comfort room…
Disliked: Separate beds for a couple, mattress on the hard side, room was cold on arrival, not enough hooks in the bathroom, to hang used towels . Floor was cold to walk on. Only 1 cup of coffee for each in the room, no tea or water cooker. Breakfast was not as good as expected, the cheese and other items looked a bit aged, even though we arrived at breakfast at 9:30. The prepared scrambled eggs, bacon and sausage were dry and was not replenished. There was an egg station but not manned. No one asked or offered to make fresh eggs. Parking is difficult, spots are a little small and minimal space to maneuver

Disliked: I booked 2 rooms but when we arrived i was told they were over booked so one room was downgraded to what i had booked and 3 floors apart

Liked: The room was OK, clean. The noise in the hall of other visitors was horrible
Disliked: The other visitors, a lot of rumor, too much alcohol and not enough staff to check-in. there was a queue which took at least 30 min. to check in.
