Never out of choice

Liked: Food was terrible. Forced to go out in the evening because there was hardly anything on the menu and what was on offer did not look freshly prepared. My friend had breakfast and was anything but impressed. Staff are run off their feet. Entire place looks very tired and is in urgent need of a revamp.

Disliked: The hotel website claims the restaurant is open until 10pm on weekdays, however. I arrived just after 9:30pm and was told the kitchen was closed!On challenging this I was told last orders were required by 9:30pm - which I believe to be nonsense.The receptionist was not very helpful and shrugged her shoulders when I asked if there were any restaurants open nearby.The room was too dark.The reading lights above the bed did not work.The safe was inoperable.The sound on the TV at maximum volume was inaudible.Overall very poor service and facilities.
