Liked: We stayed at this hotel for three nights during our trip to Amsterdam and paid over €200 per night. Unfortunately, the experience did not meet our expectations.Before arriving, we had requested an extra cot for our baby and asked if the twin beds could be joined. We never received a response, and when we checked in, the cot wasn’t in the room and the beds were still separated. We later asked again for the cot and it was eventually provided, but the lack of communication was disappointing.The most concerning issue, however, was the cleanliness. The wardrobe shelves, headboards, the lamp etc. were dusty, and when something fell under the bed and I had to pick it up, I noticed the floor underneath the bed was also dusty. The pillow under the cover had yellow stains and it made us feel so uncomfortable!On a positive note, the breakfast staff and the reception were friendly and supportive, but unfortunately, that wasn’t enough to make up for the discomfort and lack of cleanliness. For the price we paid, we expected a much higher standard.

Very convenient to reach museums...

Liked: The room was comfortable and the location was great for me. I wanted to have a walk in the park and reach my destination (Rijksmuseum) on foot.
Disliked: The sink was too small to wash my face. The duvet was too thick and I felt hot at night. I should have asked to change it but I did not do it so I am partly responsible for this :)

Staff extremely helpful and friendly....

Liked: Room was fine but the sheets were slightly too small for the beds and kept coming untucked which is annoying.
Disliked: better linen

Liked: Everything was good but they did the room clean early and did not go back to the room when you leave
