Disliked: The noise in the pipes in the ceiling were so loud that it woke me up out of my sleep. It was very very loud. I asked the staff to see what was going on because I was not sure if it was safe even to sleep there. I think they were aware of the problem, but they didn’t tell me about it.

Disliked: They charged extra on arrivalThe staff was not very politeThey ask you to not be in room from 11-3 everyday for room service , but there was no cleaning done as suchAnd why should we not be in our own rooms for 4 hours? That’s not good
