Disliked: Air conditioner did not work. Sheets on the bed did not fit the bed. Pillow cases are too small. Staff was very unfriendly

Liked: Location was good and easy to get to.
Disliked: Luggage carts are too tall and very awkward to move.TV menu is very limited and hard to access.

Liked: We had a amazing stay. The staff were super kind, helpful and informative. The Lodge itself was directly across the street from the Bass Pro Shop and Wildlife of Wonders Museum and Aquarium, which is why we came to Springfield. The room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was fresh, hot, with a good selection of choices.
Disliked: It would have been very helpful to have a microwave in the room. It did have a refrigerator. Also maybe better breakfast meat selection other then just pork. There was a type of turkey bacon if you asked for it...but it was awful. But rest of the breakfast was VERY GOOD.
