Liked: The breakfast was edible but could have been hotter we arrived at 7:45am. Some table had dirty dishes etc and tables dirty even though no visitors around. No staff to ask questions too.Location was great as it was only 10minutes away from our appointment the next day.Although busy main road once inside it was quite.Both parties slept very well in the beds and room was very clean.
Disliked: The tv in 121 couldn't get tv channels for a picture to beable to.watch a program. Could have done with x2 bottles of water as their were two people in this room.

Liked: The bar lady was very attentive ,the chef (kevin) top notch, breakfast good value and tasty,great choice.Your price did feel.very cheap.considering it included breakfast and you have the leisure facilities.Poll was lovely as were the sauna and steam room .Gym Was well equipped.staff at leisure desk happy to help but employee of the month in my eyes would be the bar lady,this girl needs a promotion 😀
Disliked: 1st room had a recess 251 with opaque window but no blind or curtains,afterb8pm room was as light as midday and couldn't sleep I spoke with receptik and wd moved to another room.Matress was to soft ,I would suggest investing in better mattresses lohe premier inn even if this means increasing cost as one of tge most important things about staying in a hotel is sleep and the existing ones are poor quality. Only one soft pillow need to have more than one.Get the changing rooms finished I the leisure centre,I spoke with a few locals whilst there and everyone of them said it is disgraceful that it's taking so long.

Disliked: The room we were allocated (233) was very warm (evident by the 2 fans in the room). The room (although having a no smoking sign) smelled of cigarettes. The hotel was full otherwise we’d have complained.The breakfast was average at best
