Liked: Bed was comfy, room was a good size.
Disliked: > Didn't see a member of staff from when we checked in to when we left > Anyone could just walk into the hotel as there was no security or a visible receptionist throughout the night

Liked: 2 rooms booked No cold water from bath tap . So a very hot bath.Toilet seat not attached .Other room . Water luke warm .Things we didn't like

Laughable I’m afraid to say...

Liked: Broken and extremely loud lavatory
Disliked: I await a £40 refund for switching rooms as my macerate toilet was noisy as a hammer drill and wouldn’t flush permanently so sleeping in a room with shit and piss all week was not funny. Can’t fault staff at all but these room repairs have been outstanding for years with many rooms needing things fixed and you arnt fixing them and putting paying customers in those rooms over and over and acting surprised when they make same room complaints over and over so head office pull your bloomin finger out. I await my £40 refund having moved from a room with no working tv to a stink Bomb room with a broken lab!!!
