Liked: The people who worked there, so lovely and willing to help, especially Morgan, Claire and Alexis. Made me and my dog feel very welcome.The food was really lovely and reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend having a full english.
Disliked: Do not stay in room 128, this was my room for the week, the toilet makes a dreadful noise when the room upstairs flush, there is no window, it's dark and dingy with a single bed, the carpet was torn and it's generally a very tired looking room. I stayed for a week and my room wasn't cleaned, I had to empty my own bin and request coffee, and loo roll.

Liked: First time at the property, warm and welcoming staff, comfy and immaculately clean room, a little tired in the bathroom but that's of no concern to me.Breakfast service and food offer was spot on, food was excellent.

Unfortunately I would not be...

Liked: Nice clean hotel with nice facilities and free car parking . The room was clean and spacious with a comfortable double bed. The TV was small however was a smart tv which contained Netflix.
Disliked: The food was very basic with a limited choice as some items were not available on the menu. The restaurant was not available only the bar area, however no explanation was given . This was disappointing as the choice of hotel was made based on the restaurant. A drink was purchased from the bar however the glass was not clean . This was subsequently swapped for another glass by the bartender. When placing my food order I was not asked if I had any allergies The chips were undercooked and not edible however the steak was nicely cooked and the food prepared in good time. Unfortunately the room allocated to me was located directly beneath a group of people who had no regard for other guests who were trying to sleep .
