Liked: The staff were very helpful and free coffee, drinks and snacks were a plus.

If you are used to...

Liked: It was behind the Mercer 4 star hotel, so easy to find. They had free fanta drinks, coke, bottled Orange juice and bottled pineapple juice. They also had free flow cookies, chocolate croissant and cereal. Free flow coffee, hot chocolate, hot milk and hot water also. It was near cathedral and near alot of small bistros and shops.
Disliked: No hot water to shower if you woke up late or came back to hotel late. No toothbrush and shaver provided. Only shower gel, shampoo and lotion provided. Our room was at level 1 and our window was next to alley. Made it feel like we stayed at someone’s home. After while you get used to it.

Liked: Strategic location. Helpful staff who allow us to early check-in without extra charge and accommodated our request for a room at third floor.
Disliked: Room is quite small. Sewer smell from bathroom.

A fantastic location, clean and...

Liked: I based a lot of my decision about booking with Basic on the location and the reviews. The location was next level - right in the heart of Seville and a short walk from the most famous sights. The hotel was incredibly well kept and had amazing touches like a free hospitality bar when you come in with water, juice, tea and coffee, cookies, fruit and cereal. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and always put a smile on our faces with a happy welcome back or a cheery good morning. The room was so clean and comfortable and had every amenity you need. The roof terraces were both glorious and a lift was handy for suitcases etc. Juan Fran was an absolute superstar with great restaurant and entertainment recommendations.
Disliked: Very very small and nit picky details: The location of our room 201 was at the street side. The street is actually a narrow alley where when people are walking at night the sounds are amplified by an echo and it really got very noisy at night and we were often woken by revellers. If this would bother you then ask for a quiet room away from the street. We didn't mind it so much as it really was in the heart of the action. The room was also pretty cold - which most of the time is an advantage in Spain so don't judge on that. The alleyway is also the only access which means you cant order taxis to the door and you have to walk a short walk with your luggage - not a problem as the hotel can call taxis for you or you can get one from the rank by the cathedral.

Great, perfectly positioned place to...

Liked: The location was amazing, and the staff were all so friendly and helpful. Loved the rooftop terrace I'd recommend and stay there again. Great value for money!
Disliked: The room had no exterior window, just an interior one. Breakfast was basic, but I'm vegan so its always a little challenging, and on a very positive note, there was water, juice, tea and coffee available all day to totally make up for it.

Liked: Very good terrace. Snacks and drinks at diposal in the lobby. Location is perfect to visit the city center.

Great location, clean room!

Liked: Our experience with the hotel was very nice. Unfortunately due to weather we lost our first day there, but the staff was really helpful. The location was great, near the center and a lot of things to see around, nice restaurants and cafés as well. The room was very clean.
Disliked: There's nothing in particular we didn't like.
