Liked: Location is phenomenal
Disliked: Could be cleaner.Had to climb over laundry bags to get up the stairs

It Was what it was,...

Liked: The staff were awesome. The room was soo hot but staff searched the other rooms that werent occupied and bought us a fan.
Disliked: The bed we had the bottom bunks was broken, so was trying to be extra careful we didnt want it to colapse on us.

Totally Disappointed

Liked: Shower - lots of hot water, strong flow
Disliked: No lift to second floor. Not good on old knees. Second flight of stairs were narrow and steep. Shower door opens inwards so a squeeze to get in. No toilet seat cover. Lack of rails or hooks in bathroom. Sliding door to bathroom needed Atlas to slide it open!! And it was noisy when sliding open. Premises are across the road from some nightclub that pounds out super loud music till 3am!!! This was NOT mentioned in the property advert, otherwise we would never have booked it. Supplied earplugs no good to someone who cannot use such devices. No safe parking - just a public gravelled space next door. Again not mentioned in property listing. Overall very disappointed.
