Liked: Location was fantastic. Lake view amazing. Kitchen facilities great. Comfortable bed.
Disliked: No lift working. Top floor a challenge.

Disliked: The noise levels at night time coming from surrounding bars was a nightmare! The volume of music was far too loud even with provided ear plugs! The screaming

Liked: The location is perfect. Good heating and an extra blanket on the bed
Disliked: The lift wasn't working and I was on crutches so the stairs were very hard to navigate. I'm sure the noise from the bar across the road gets louder each time we stay. I feel the bed was extremely hard this time compared to previous visits.

Disliked: Location wasn’t good. Nightclub was directly opposite and could not get any sleep

Awesome stay, great views, central...

Liked: Awesome location, central to all the action, great views from our room Level 3, seeing out onto the lake. Very accessible to food restaurants and shops with walking distance. Overall a great stay.
Disliked: Having to walk up stairs, the elevator was not functional at the time, maybe just for time we were there.

Liked: Right in town centre - walkable distance to Taupo Marathon shenanigans. Adequate heating facilities.
Disliked: Water pressure wasn’t great, and didn’t feel like we had enough hot water for 2 people. Would have been nice to have a small table to put our cups of tea and other foods. No hand towel.
