Very good

Liked: Beautiful setting, great hottubs. Pleasant staff.
Disliked: Room a bit cramped especially washroom. Seemed like towels and other items were in short supply

Helpful staff

Liked: Staff is very helpful and supportive. The two staff who drove the truck helped me reboot the vehicle, so I can reset my electronics in the parking lot. I really appreciate it.

The staff were wonderful but...

Liked: I love the location and the ease of finding everything.
Disliked: Lots of dog poop around the property (my son and I stepped in different piles). We had a substantially hard time with the beds. The mattresses were very uncomfortable (both the bed and pull out bed). We even tried putting it on the floor one night.
