Liked: The 3 bedroom apartment was really nice and cozy. We like the full kitchen and big dining table for us to have family meals. The bath products are really nice, the beds are comfortable, the hot tub is large and hot, and the tea and coffee included were tasty. It was nice and clean and in a pretty great location!
Disliked: Our stay was pretty much perfect other than a few things. The kitchen only has one tray and one pan (along with a few pots) so we had to get a little bit creative. We knew there was only 1 parking spot but for 3 bedroom apartment we had to park a couple of cards across the street which was only inconvenient because of how cold it happened to be. We requested a crib, which it says is based on request, which was never confirmed and when I called the day before arrival they told me it was going to be there but said it in a way that made it seem I ought to have known that. In the end, it was a pack and play without a mattress. The baseboards on the main floor were pretty beat up but other than these few minor things it was a great place for a family getaway.

Clean rooms/great location/ very noisy/...

Liked: Clean room which included all the essentials for a comfortable stay. Very central location with access to the main business area.
Disliked: Rooms were too noisy. You can hear loud noises from all of the walls at all times. They provide earplugs for you (for that purpose) which is thoughtful. Rooms did not include any streaming services for guests. Hot tub was a little too small to accommodate all the gests of the hotel (long wait times to get in).

Would absolutely stay here again!!...

Liked: We were prepared for the train that was on the other reviews. Condos were very comfortable and spacious. Staff was EXCELLENT! Very friendly and helpful! Loved having a washer/dryer available, even though they were small (to be expected).
Disliked: Probably the only issue were the loud neighbors running "over our heads" in the upstairs condos and narrow parking places for the large SUV we rented.

New and clean but loud...

Liked: New build and very clean. Apartments were spacious and located close enough to downtown.
Disliked: There is a train track that runs directly behind the building and is insanely loud all night long. Not ideal for light sleepers. Also, the outdoor hot tub doesn't allow any type of beverage. I've never been to a outdoor hot tub where you couldn't have plastic or a can. We were enjoying a drink after a day of skiing when one of the employees ran in and made us get rid of them. Not even water in a hot tub?
