Superb

Liked: Great atmosphere, helpful staff, bustling hostel life, clean facilities. Lively neighbourhood, lots of cafes and restaurants close to the hostel.
Disliked: Electricity sockets are at uncomfortable places, mine eg was on the ceiling...A little bit far from Melbourne CBD (30 minutes tram ride).

Good location, can easily hop...

Liked: Good location, can easily hop onto a tram to get into the city. Shops and strip round the corner.
Disliked: House keeping kept missing us, so had to ask 3 times for the bins to be changed and for loo roll to be replaced. Staff helpful on reception though.
