Liked: I stayed at four and five-star hotels in Guadalajara, and this hotel was the worst. Among the good things I liked was the very pleasant staff at reception. I enjoyed the coffee, the entrance interior, atmosphere, and Lebanese music - all of these were very nice. The bed was quite comfortable as well.
Disliked: For two nights, I couldn't sleep because there was constant beeping either from the fire alarm or the air conditioner. After the first sleepless night, I complained and staff members came to check, but ultimately they didn't fix anything. The beeping continued all day. Then the next night, I had to completely turn off the air conditioner and sleep in the heat because between beeping and heat, I preferred the latter. It was also very noisy. You could hear anyone walking past the door, not to mention loud conversations in the hallway or in neighboring rooms. And the cherry on top was the absence of hair conditioner. I discovered this after I had already washed my shampoo out and couldn't call reception to request conditioner. My hair gets very tangled, and I had to put in a lot of effort to brush it afterward.

Liked: The property was very clean and impeccable service from the bellhops, concierge and housekeeping. I love the large windows and great views! Great location. Bilingual staff. Massages were great!
Disliked: The management at first were rather snobby however after a view days they became quite friendly when I they say I had a renowned journalist as a friend. The pool is more like a small jacuzzi. Not much relaxation space on the relaxation area!
