Liked: The location is great and the room was clean and nice.
Disliked: The mattress didn't match the base of the bed so I was rolling of it during the night :)

Liked: Very friendly staff,,nice breakfast with service.. Also, it's super clean and modern updated. Good location. I believe it was only two blocks from the beach. I'll definitely come back.

Liked: The breakfast was very nice.
Disliked: The reception was closed which I didn't expect. It was difficult to check in as we couldn't even get through the gate. We only received the full instructions through the app the same day but due to internet issues (travelling from Europe) we didn't know how to get in (the door code from the app didn't work). None of the listed telephone numbers worked. By chance we asked a neighbour who could help us.

Disappointing

Liked: We arrived during the time the check in would be open in the evening, however it was not staffed. The self check in was well organized, well communicated and went smoothly. I also liked the fact the property was situated in a quiet area and close to the beach.
Disliked: Breakfast was very limited, only eggs. No choice in cereals, yogurt or fresh fruit. No flexibility in timing possible. Coffee and tea choices were also very limited. Water was not refreshed in the room, and no fresh towels were provided during our stay. Long dark hairs were noted on the floor upon our arrival in the room, that was a spot on the overall cleannes of the room.

Liked: The hotel is the best during my trip at 5 hotels in Miami and Key West, including Hilton and Hampton - the best breakfast, and the best staff!
