Great place to stay

Liked: Great location, enjoyed the breakfast and the vibe
Disliked: We liked everything

Disappointing

Liked: We arrived during the time the check in would be open in the evening, however it was not staffed. The self check in was well organized, well communicated and went smoothly. I also liked the fact the property was situated in a quiet area and close to the beach.
Disliked: Breakfast was very limited, only eggs. No choice in cereals, yogurt or fresh fruit. No flexibility in timing possible. Coffee and tea choices were also very limited. Water was not refreshed in the room, and no fresh towels were provided during our stay. Long dark hairs were noted on the floor upon our arrival in the room, that was a spot on the overall cleannes of the room.

Exceptional

Liked: The hotel is the best during my trip at 5 hotels in Miami and Key West, including Hilton and Hampton - the best breakfast, and the best staff!

Disliked: Very small room,no room for a suitcase.Very dark room with one small lamp.There is no electrical outlet near the dresser.The bed is too soft and I wake up in the morning with back pain.At night I felt a cockroach walking on my hand. In the morning we woke up with several dead cockroaches on the floor.Breakfast is made by an unskilled person with ingredients from the fridge that go out and come back every day.There was not one fresh and hot thing in the breakfast...The internet disconnects every few minutes and browsing stops...We had a really bad experience staying at this hotel.
