Liked: Very quick one-night stay. Room was a great value, comfortable, and convenient. We didn't have time for the amenities, but the staff was very friendly. Great room for the price!

Barefoot’n is a hidden gem!

Liked: Cute resort. Has Older furniture but it’s was clean and good size place for the money. Comfortable for family, spacious and laundry in unit. This is Right across the street from old town so if that is what you’re looking for it’s great location. Good value

Pleasant, comfortable and clean, but...

Liked: The room itself was clean and comfortable. The pool area and grounds were well kept and lovely. I was also very impressed with the quality of the pull out couch and the mattress.
Disliked: There was no WiFi available. The living room TV did not work at all, and while the bedroom TV did work, it’s extremely outdated, as your only option is cable which you must click through like we did in the 90’s. There is no access to any type of guide to see what is on, you just wait and see once you’ve reached the channel. No option to watch apps such as Netflix or Hulu. Also, the door to the closet which held the safe and extra sheets/blankets was broken. I had a hard time getting it open and was fearful it was going to actually fall off and injure me. I only opened it once to retrieve the bag of sheets and blankets.

Nice enough & clean place,...

Liked: Bed was very comfortable; unit was clean & well-appointed.
Disliked: When we arrived, we were told that there was no such reservation for us, although I had made the reservation over a month ago through Booking.com, and had confirmation of it. The clerk was quite blasé about it and said that he would never use Booking.com and suggested that I not do so again. He said that I could call booking to report the issue and try to get our money back. I did so and while I was on hold with them, he then found our reservation, and said we could check in. The key cards that he gave us didn’t work so I returned to the front office where there was nobody available, and calls went unanswered for about five minutes. Eventually came back and gave us new cards. It just wasn’t very impressive.

Disappointing experience.

Liked: The pool was nice, and the room layout was good.
Disliked: The couch smelled like cigarette smoke, and there were cigarette burns on the cushions. Stains on the carpet. Also, different companies run the two sections of the property (resort and suites), and although they work out of the same office, people who work for one can’t help you if you ordered through the other.
