Okay but not very enjoyable...

Liked: Location good, staff good but most of the times the office is closed. No breakfast on the facility versus one can get breakfast at same or lower price at Comfort Inn or La Quinta or Ramada
Disliked: Location across rail tracks leading to lot of noise, across there is a mall where the whole night there is loud music leading to lot of sleep disturbance. Room keys dont work properly- need to be replaced

Parrot Hotel

Liked: Clean, comfortable rooms, friendly receptionist. I loved parrots
Disliked: There is no coffee machine in the room, there are no cutlery in the kitchenette, in the morning there was no coffee in the coffee place, the area around the rooms is not identical to the pictures in Booking, it was near the road, the noise of the train and cars was annoying.

Very good

Liked: Location was good, near parks and restaurants. Lots of character, outside sitting area, parrots.
Disliked: Property is rather dated; the suite was small but was updated and comfortable. Seemed overpriced for the value, but I guess it is near Palm Beach.

Like staying in an abandoned...

Liked: They did not clean room or provide towels-it was Christmas. I called and they tried to blame me for not putting out a sign-there was no sign.
Disliked: No one is assigned to reception. When guy does show up, looks like a bum.
