The stay was great enough...

Liked: The style of the lodge was great. We loved the courtyard and the bar.
Disliked: The first night, our room did not have a remote for the television. I'm not sure where they were. The staff gave us the one from the lobby. Also, the batteries in the smoke detector went off every few minutes. The staff fixed these issues right away. Thanks for that!

Liked: At lot of people frown when you say motor lodge or motel, but let me tell you they are missing out on this gem! Amber and Shauna we absolutely wonderful! Always had a smile and eager to help! The rooms are clean and oh so comfortable. The housekeeping staff were great as well. Seriously can't wait to stay here again.
Disliked: Wish we would have had a microwave.

Liked: Location was good.
Disliked: Septic backed up into the shower. Had to move rooms. Went from a King Suite to a double room. I was told by the receptionist that were going to comp part of the price. My receipt showed I paid full price for the king suite without any discounts. Not a good way to do business.

Liked: Super cute upgraded 1950s motor lodge. The Keurig in the room was very nice! Beds were comfortable. Location was great.
Disliked: We were there right after the holidays so the hotel wasn’t super busy, yet they put all the guests staying there in rooms right next to each other.
