Liked: This was our first time visiting Spain, and I’m beyond glad that Barceló Torre de Madrid was our first stop. They made our first hotel experience in Spain a perfect 10/10.We were selected as VIP guests of the day, which was such a lovely surprise! We received a room upgrade, complimentary breakfast, a discount at the bar, and more. The staff was absolutely amazing—so warm and welcoming.The hotel was spotless and smelled incredible (I wish I had asked what they spray!). It’s also in a fantastic location—within walking distance to the Royal Palace, Plaza Mayor, Plaza de España, and the Temple of Debod. There are plenty of great shops nearby and tons of food options around.Honestly, I don’t have a single complaint about this hotel—I loved everything about our stay!Thank you to all the staff at Barceló Torre de Madrid!
