Overall, it was a great...

Liked: So spacious, tidy and comfortable. The room is bright. They replenish bottled water every day. It is complete with toiletries.
Disliked: Soundproofing is not at its best. You can hear noises like heavy footsteps (esp if one is wearing heels) from the room on top of yours.

Liked: The hotel is well decorated and very clean.Everything is thought out to the details. You are even allowed to order a vinyl player in the room. Perfect!

Liked: The hotel was amazing! It exceeded my expectations, the room was spacious; every detail had been considered. The whole hotel was stylised, modern but comfortable. Loved the large tall glass windows.
Disliked: The gentleman at the breakfast cooking station was getting annoyed with clients for not ringing a bell, that you can't see (he seemed to be going back and forth for food). I waited a good few minutes. Note: if numerous guests can't see it, its probably not prominent enough. Shame because the breakfast was wonderful.

Liked: Really friendly and efficient staff. Evening meal really good. Music theme throughout hotel is great, loads of really nice touches. Perfect location Bernabeu too.
