Disliked: The staff over all were rude and not friendly specially the manager i faced a problem with my flights because of the situation in the middle east so many flights delayed and cancelled so i couldn’t check in same date of my booking . i checked in next day. i text the hotel from airport to change the date so they don’t charge the first night they told me contact booking.com , booking.com asked them to change the date but they refused .the good management would accept to help their guest in such situation to maintain their guest come back again but for them money was more important

A luxury stay in the...

Liked: A central location, short walk from the Metro. Has all of the features that you would expect from a 5 star hotel. A real treat to stay there on our last night in Madrid.
Disliked: Nothing

Fabulous, worth the stay for...

Liked: Travelled for work, hotel was conveniently located. Hotel was very clean, room turned down every day (even a chocolate on the pillow!). Loved the rooftop plunge pool and bar. Bed was enormous and very comfortable. Breakfast was amazing every day
