Good location, poor communications from...

Liked: Comfy beds, very good location, gym was ok; could do with more equipment
Disliked: Staff were fine at times but on two occasions I requested help and they were no helpful. The very first line on the room I booked says 'This air conditioned room...' but the air con in the room didn't work at all. I went down to reception on two occasions and the lady said that the entire hotel has no air conditioning which makes no sense for a hotel in Spain so the rooms were way too hot. I then tried to connect the tv in the room to the internet which couldn't be done, and a note came up saying to 'Contact reception to connect tv to internet'. Again, went down on two separate occasions to be told that it cannot be done which again makes no sense. The staff seemed less than helpful.

Liked: Good location
Disliked: There was work going on so lots of drilling and banging. Also didn’t refill coffee and tea in rooms. Restaurant very bland as doing work. All a bit bland.

Disliked: Very little facility in the reception area. Could do with a bit more decor and seating arrangements

Very good price / quality...

Liked: Excelent location and a fantastic breakfast.
Disliked: The car parking is quite narrow for bigger cars and, do the renovations going on when we stayed, there was even less available places.

Disliked: The room was brutally stinky due to reconstruction. Mess on the floor... simply unacceptable.
