The worst hotel in Naples

Liked: This was the worst experience I had in a hotel.
Disliked: I had a terrible experience at Barbella Home in Naples. Upon arriving at our room, we found the floor covered in spilled wine, and some of our clothes, which we had left in the room, were stained and smelled awful. This mess was caused by a broken shelf in the room, which caused a bottle of wine we had left on it to fall and break.The room smelled terrible, and when we reached out to the staff for help, their response was dismissive and unhelpful. They refused to provide us with another room or offer any assistance in cleaning or compensating for our ruined clothes. Their lack of accountability and customer service was shocking.This experience completely ruined our stay, and I strongly urge others to avoid this property. The combination of poor maintenance, lack of cleanliness, and terrible customer service made this one of the worst stays I’ve ever had. We left the hotel first night we were there and they told us that Booking will refund us. Right now the Hotel and Booking don't want to give the money for the nights we didn't stayed in.We are filling a lawsuit to Booking.com because of this horrible experience.

Disliked: Staff isn't on site when needed (but very nice when present)Cleanliness of the bathroom/WC to be improved.No tumbler to drink water or wash your teeth.Only four coat hangers and no easily accessible place to arrange your clothes.Minibar isn't refurbished the day after when you took a bottle of water out of it.

The extra money for upgrading...

Liked: Only good thing about the room we booked was the size, it was spacious.
Disliked: Many of the features and amenities listed in our booking confirmation for room details were inaccurate.There was no bathrobe and electric kettle. We upgraded to a much more expensive room but it was on top of a bar/restaurant and both nights we had loud music till 2am. Certainly poor value for what we paid.
