It was just ok

Liked: I like that they do daily room cleaning and the concept, but it could feel too claustrophobic for others - my partner didn't like it.
Disliked: It was quite difficult to find, especially since the maps kept directing us to routes with endless stairs. If you're carrying luggage, it can be a real challenge.

Very good

Liked: Very clean and new bathrooms with great water pressure. They provide a clean towel every day. Lockers (bring your own padlock) in the rooms big enough to fit a backpack. Mattress' were comfy. The staff were super friendly. Overall a great place and I would stay here again!
Disliked: Pillows were very flat. Kitchen is small (can fit 4 people) but it had cutlery and crockery to prepare your own meals.

Liked: Room was clean in Nozomi section, staff was very friendly and supportive, location was excellent near by everything and room facilities was excellent, including coffee machine and water.

Lovely place, friendly sttaf and...

Liked: The location is great. We were able to walk everywhere from the hotel. The staff is great and super friendly. The place is really clean. The rooms are small, but it makes sense it was a jail. The room’s doors seem to be the original prison doors.
Disliked: The rooms are small.
