The best hotel stayed in...

Liked: Love the coolness of the place. The stone wall in the room is very pretty and unique. The room was big for 3 of us, beds are comfortable, room was warm.
Disliked: The shower water seems a bit inconsistent warmth during shower, not sure why, but it was bearable.

Quirky, friendly, low cost compared...

Liked: Quirky. Friendly and helpful staff. Location. Luzern is crazy expensive, so it's great to have a budget option. Shower was good and in room. Replaced towels each day..
Disliked: Way too hot in the room. A killer with so much heating. Makes you sick. Can open window, bit it can't stay open and will close automatically. Small but expected that. No room at all in the hotel apart from a restaurant to eat a snack, or in your room. A space that you can sit, have a cup of coffee and eat a snack would be great, but they are very short of space.

Liked: Good location, fantastic service, simple and straightforward room.Staff was warm and welcoming, addressed our needs promptly. Prison theme was very fun too
Disliked: Found a bedbug on the wall, it was difficult to control the temperature of the shower water, small room with little space to open luggage. No hot water available, only a kettle on the ground floor, so slightly inconvenient. Worst thing was, someone entered our room in the middle of the night, when my partner got up to chase the person he left, tried to contact the staff but unable to as we cant call overseas numbers. In the morning, staff told us that it was their night staff and apologised sincerely. But it affected our sleep, unable to sleep well afterwards as unsure if it was thief or bad person. Luckily only staff, but should still have knocked and asked before entering or explained himself instead of leaving straight away. Staff gave us partial refund too which I am thankful for.
