On the whole I was...

Liked: Breakfast was excellent. I was there for a family special lunch. Service and food very good.
Disliked: The open plan and lack of gripable banisters on stairs and safety grip in shower.

Liked: Easy parking, Royston is lovely. Very clean and the Manager Jeff and his team were excellent.
Disliked: Room seven has a curtain to the bathroom. Not very private for a couple.

Liked: Well located with lovely staff and good facilities. The room had been tarted up but was still very dated. It was large though.Great breakfast
Disliked: Bedding could be better. Sheets and pillows are definitely nicer at a Premier Inn.The hotel is not a bargain

Perfect Short Break!

Liked: Beautiful character building with private free parking. Lovely decor throughout, spacious bedroom and bathroom with traditional and modern facilities. Friendly and welcoming staff. Great breakfast in lovely surroundings. Very close to Town Centre for pubs, bars, restaurants and shops.
Disliked: Nothing really as provided everything we needed for a one night stay. Maybe the room could have done with having a thorough clean but this did not spoil our stay.
