Lovely hotel clean but the...

Liked: It was clean but the room was so cold all night and I mentioned it to reception staff in the lobby but they never done anything about it

Comfortable and suited our needs

Liked: It felt really historical and was very interesting
Disliked: The room especially the bathroom was quite tired could really do with some refurbishment

Good hotel within an easy...

Liked: The hotel is really well presented and the rooms are comfortable, clean and have everything you need for an overnight stay.
Disliked: The breakfast was OK but the cooked breakfast was cold when I went to the buffet. Some of the items didn't look particularly appetising. So, I would not order this again whereas I am sure other people might be more than happy with it.

Liked: Breakfast and dinner were great great staff too
Disliked: The Gym facilities were not on the same site and the hotel a 10-15 minute walk which was not great

Liked: Room cosy staff nice
Disliked: Buffet breakfast wasn't hot when they brought hot stuff out it went on top off the warm stuff that was in tray so the stuff at Nottingham off tray wasn't getting eating
