Liked: Quality breakfast, Room was spotless with soft fluffy towels. Plenty of choice in the tea/coffee tray
Disliked: Bar was a bit pricey

Liked: We liked the building, had a nice time in the bar and slept well. Breakfast was good also,.
Disliked: Flies in the bar area Room was a bit tired looking, the light switches were not clean. The extractor fan in the bathroom was not working

Liked: Great location for doing the Great North Run the next day. Very comfortable beds. Fantastic friendly staff. Great breakfast. Only a short walk into town with a great choice of restaurants.
Disliked: Car park- not always a space available.
