Liked: Generally the staff were very nice and helpful even if some of them seemed inexperienced.
Disliked: No kettle in the room, not enough storage space in the room. Lacking atmosphere in the communal areas and restaurants.

Disliked: The rooms are very small - but I guess that is central london hotels and the price is very high for what you get.

Enjoyable stay, great location, staff...

Liked: Great location. All the staff were efficient and helpful. Check-in and out was smooth. Lovely design touches across the hotel, lots of places to sit and relax, and beautiful chairs too. Breakfast was excellent. Enjoyed sitting in the bar for an evening drink - good selection too including my favourite champagne by the glass. All in all a great choice of hotel for our London weekend stay, and with great service too.
Disliked: There is a bit of traffic noise and a little bit of noise from other rooms. Have experienced worse elsewhere so this did not affect our stay. Likely for London this is a quiet location overall.

Liked: Very clean and lovely staff
Disliked: To hot in main areas and room temperature had to be turned right down to cool it. Nice smell in rooms but a bit overpowering. Breakfast COLD had to ask to microwave to warm it.
