The breakfasts with the perfect...

Disliked: I did not like at all the hospitality of the staff during check-in. Once I made a booking through booking.com I had noticed my preference to stay in 2 connected-rooms, as I was accomodating with my family. In response to my inquiry hotel administration replied kindly in a positive way. However, when I arrived at the hotel without notifying me about their incentive for placing us in 2 separate rooms administration acted nonchalantly, then deposited 500 euro from my debit card, and only after they notified me that they are placing us in 2 separate rooms. That was really embarrassing.

Liked: The location is excellent. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean and offers several extra amenities, included in the price.
Disliked: The breakfast was excellent for those who arrived early. After around 9:00 am, there was not much food left, and there were no refills of the available foods. The egg/pancake counter was very nice and the staff was great and this didn't run out. Unfortunately the bed was 2 mattresses on a base but the mattresses were constantly sliding off the base. One night my partner fell off the bed with the mattress, hitting his head on the bedside table. (We were leaving that morning.)

Banks Mansion is Outstanding!

Liked: The Banks Mansion is great because the entire Staff is great!!

Short comfortable stay

Liked: Location is great, and easy to walk all around. Bars cafes restaurants and cinemas all around. All inclusive is great and breakfast has sufficient options.
Disliked: On a tight spot and you need to walk a little bit to your Uber pick up point.
