Liked: The only negative was I had an early flight and paid for the breakfast. Mentionned it to the clerk but never received an offer for a cereal bar. Otherwise,amazing.

Lodging nice, promised service not...

Liked: I liked everything about the property, including the location. That is why I booked this at an increased cost to myself.
Disliked: I was told when I booked it that somebody would help me get my luggage over into the terminal. I am handicapped. This is why I booked this hotel. My flight left at 7:30 AM. when I checked in to confirm Help to the airport terminal, the staff told me that they no longer did that because they let go extra help two weeks prior. They advised me I had to contact United in the terminal to ask for their assistance with my luggage as I am handicapped. when I did so, United personnel stated they did not know that they no longer provided the service over in the hotel. I would not have booked this expensive hotel had I known this. I would have booked a much less expensive hotel and asked for a shuttle to the airport. When I expressed my disappointment with the hotel front desk, they just said they were sorry. This is not enough.

It was comfortable.

Liked: Very comfortable bed. Spacious room.Super easy to get to via the skywalk from the airport.
Disliked: The person who checked me in did not mention that the restaurant was closing an hour early the next morning and I missed having breakfast. I got in on a late night flight from Europe and was starving when I woke up. Had to wait for my ride at noon before I could eat.
